Paul Sweeney
		Paul has been a licensed Insurance Agent since 1980. He began his career working for an Insurance Company that catered to the retired population. In 1992 he decided to open his own agency that would specialize in providing “quality products for quality people”, in other words retirees and those who were planning on retiring. He formed Quality First Insurance Agency in order to fill that need in Washington County, Maryland and its surrounding areas. Paul has been married for 25 years. He and wife, Denise, have two sons. He has lived in Washington County for more than 30 years now, and considers this area his home. All of our agents have the same goal in mind, and that is “we are committed to contribute to the financial well-being of our clients by combining compassion, education, and expertise. Ken De Lauter
		Ken entered the insurance profession in 1987 upon graduation from Frostburg State University. He was instrumental in the founding of Quality First Insurance in 1992. Ken was a member of the Pacesetters Club in 1998 & 1999 with United American Insurance. Bill Dellinger
		Bill is a life-long resident of Washington County and has lived in Funkstown for the past 12 years with wife, Vicky. Their daughter and her family live nearby and this allows easy access to their "pride and joy", grandson, Tyler. Bill has been a licensed Life and Health agent for more than 17 years and enjoys solving individual insurance needs and situations. Bill follows the Golden Rule in his business life as well as his personal life and always places the needs of his clients first. Marvin & Nancy Hurley
		The need to protect their assets during their senior years led Marvin & Nancy to join Quality First Insurance. Nancy joined the agency in 1994 and Marvin in 1999. The Hurley’s retired after each taught 32 years with the Washington County Board of Education, Marvin as a music teacher and Nancy as a science teacher at North Hagerstown High. Nancy, currently on medical leave from Quality First, encourages Marvin as he provides service and advice to the area’s seniors. “We aggressively seek programs and services to save our clients money. Charles W. "Bill" Fager
		Bill joined Quality First Insurance in March 2000 after completing a 31 year career as a teacher and principal with the Washington County Board of Education. Todd W. Smith
		Todd joined Quality First Insurance, Inc. in August 2000 and has specialized in working with seniors and senior insurance products. He is licensed in both Pennsylvania and Maryland with a primary focus on PA seniors. “Often times, insurance and Medicare can be confusing. It is my desire to help area senior citizens better understand these issues, and do so with honesty and integrity. Rodney L. Hockenberry
		Rodney, an insurance agent since 1999, joined Quality First in 2002. After graduating from Chambersburg High School, Rodney attended Hagerstown Business College earning an A.A. degree in Marketing and Business Administration. Rodney is a resident of PA and is licensed in both Maryland and Pennsylvania. Insurance needs and coverage for PA seniors is Rodney’s primary focus. Debi Calandrelle
		Debi came to Quality First in 1996 as Office Manager. In 1997 she became a licensed Property and Casualty agent, providing automobile and home insurance. With nearly 20 years of experience in the customer service field, Debi feels that she provides the type of respectful, courteous service that everyone deserves.
